“ Food is always hot and fresh, with great service. Staff is always cleaning and servicing the customers . ”
“ I can only speak to the delivery service. I was exhausted and staying at a airport hotel for the night and didn't feel like going out. I was craving Mexican and decided to try El Otro Amigo. Food was packaged well. No spills, and the packaging kept everything fairly warm. What I ordered Birra taco - eh it was fine. It was a little of filling. Hard shell taco with shredded beef. If you like hard shells this is a good one. Ricardo's Super Burrito wet with carnitas. It was good filling. Carnitas were ok. Decent I would get the shredded beef next time. Would I order again when visiting yes. ”
“ Excellent cozy restaurant Came in on a Tuesday night and got my food quickly! Staff is very friendly. Got the super burrito and a torta cubana. I took one bite of the each and felt proud to be a Mexican. Got a margarita and michelada that were tasty and well made. Will definitely return! ”
“ Cozy hidden gem! Loved that it's away from the busy street of Sepulveda, we didn't have to wait long for our order, the customer service was great! Complimentary chips and salsa - the totopos were my favorite. I got a wet chile relleno burrito with pastor (I've never had one before) the down side was there was very little pastor and with the meat being overcooked or maybe it was leftover. I also ordered one tripa taco extra crispy and that did not disappoint omg it was so good and so was the tamarindo agua fresca. My sister got the quesadilla birria said it was very good! ”
“ Came here on a Friday early evening it's kind of hidden but I use to go there when it was another food place so I found it. You order up front then sit and they bring the food to you. We got beer , chips n salsa and the chips were hot and tasted perfect. The guys who work there are very attentive. I like that! The food was really good! I ordered the chicken fajitas and a torta de birria. I also ordered food to go chicken enchiladas and a taco al pastor. It was all tasty I found a new spot to come to. Inside was cozy and busy. People eating in and people coming for take out. It has a lot of business so you know it's good. It had a good vibe inside and great Mexican food! We had such a good time and enjoyed our food. We will be coming back again. ”
“ The food at this Mexican joint is "bussin". Overall positive Yelp reviews led me to check this place out. After eating there twice with my wife, I can honestly say that this place is our new go-to favorite for Mexican food. When you get there, you park in the back near the alleyway. Only caveat is that parking is scarce. The Food: My fave is the Chile Rojo burrito and my wife loves the grilled fish taco plate. It's the only ones we had tried so far. Both were delish and the portions were generous. Burrito is "yuuuggge" enough to feed 2 people, but it's possible that one hangry monster can destroy it. I did. The fish taco plate comes with 3 grilled fish tacos with a side of Mexican rice & refried beans. Oh, their chips and salsa were pretty good. The Service: Very simple. You just order your food up front. They'll give you a number and the busser will bring you your food when ready. They are quick and attentive. The Ambiance: It's cozy inside with fairly enough seating. I did notice a line inside with handful of people doing takeout or most likely food delivery service. Personally, I'd prefer to dine-in. I just think food tastes better right off the heat especially Mexican food. Overall, a hidden gem in the South Bay for great Mexican food. Their portions are generous. Great place to dine-in or takeout for a quick bite with your date, a friend or for yourself. Don't sleep on this one. You're welcome. ”
“ This is now my favorite Mexican food restaurant. My parents came in on a Tuesday around 5 pm, and there was a wait, but they do a ton of take out orders. The food and service were top-tier! My burrito had so much meat in it, which was a shocker because it was under $12. My parents loved their food as well, so happy yelp guided us to this place. I'd like to try so many items on their menu, which is pretty vast and all reasonably priced for LA. You order at the counter and get your own drinks but they come by and check on you regularly, and they made sure we were satisfied customers. Can't wait to come back. ”
“ Low key spot that has pretty good Mexican food for decent prices. Really good in terms of Torrance Mexican. I always judge a Mexican spot based on their salsas and they passed. Their complimentary salsa served with chips is good and has spice to it. Both the red and green salsas on the wet burrito were tasty. I'd probably get the green if I went back because it was spicer and had more flavor. They gave us a red and green salsa on the side. Green salsa was not good and going bad idk what was up with it. The red salsa was spicy and amazing. Burrito was huge and filling but the meat was mid in terms of quality. Michelada was really good and their tajin rim I think had sugar in it. ”
“ OMG! So much meat in their taco, seriously~ Super generous with their ingredients. Love it! Their quesadillas are huge (4 pieces), lots of melted cheese. I love their food which are all big portions and perfect to share with my family. Fresh ingredients are the key to yummies! ”
“ Hot damn this place is bomb Huge menu Fresh ingredients Quality food Great service First time here, it was quite packed ( which is a good sign). Minimal seating. Food came out pretty fast. Everything was delicious. Also gotta try the rice pudding, very authentic! ”
